Scanned statement conversion
Turn scanned bank statements into a spreadsheet
For users who only have scans, screenshots, or phone photos of bank statements.
1
Upload a scan, screenshot, or photo.
2
Compare extracted rows with the original page.
3
Download the spreadsheet-friendly CSV.
Clear input matters
The best scans show the full page, with the transaction table upright, bright, and in focus.
Photos are accepted with review
Phone photos are fine for testing when the table is readable. The review screen is where you catch any rows that need correction.

Scanned statement conversion FAQ
Can I upload a phone photo?
Yes, as long as the statement page is readable and not cropped. The clearer the image, the better the row extraction.
What if the scan is rotated?
The app can still try to read it, but upright full-page scans are more reliable and easier to review.
